BTW can I add 2x2GB 800mhz CL5 RAMs, but made by Corsair even though I have already 2x2GB 800Mhz CL5 RAMs from Kingston? Or isn't better to use 2x4 instead of 4x2?

But these CPUs require 125 watts! My mobo supports the maximum of 95 watts, cause I have the CF-F version, not the v2... And yes - I will probably install the 64bit Win7.

And will this CPU be 100% compatible with my mobo? Or will it require at least a BIOS flash? And won't my rather old mobo or DDR2 RAM kinda bottleneck this powerful CPU?
