I can't get 144+ fps on every game. Sometimes I want to just set it to 60hz to keep my fps higher than my refresh rate.

I have a lc24fg73fqmxuf (144hz) monitor and when I set it to 60 hz it doesn't feel smooth on desktop and games. I've also watched 60 fps videos and they feel smoother than my desktop. I wonder why.

I've just reinstall them and still..

I have the same problem my gpu usage is not stable in BF5 and other games sometimes as low as 60% and cpu usage about 60-85% and since I've got a 144hz monitor frame rates below 130 are not smooth. No vsync Win power option ultimate performance, nvidia control panel: prefer max performance...
