after trying what stig said, slightly different, windows update found the newer versions of windows 10, downloaded them and installed them but did the same thing that it did when installing from the ISO except without an error message, preps for install, restarts, loads windows then restarts...

i had thought fans didnt have coil whine, i also tapped the shroud while i had it out of the case again and this same sound occured, it doesnt sound electrical to me while running, its easier to tap the fan to create the sound, its odd.

well i figured out which fan it is, when i tapped the fan it made the sound, i know i sound like im being rough but im being sure not to break things.

Didnt think GPU fans could get such coil whine, any tips on how to reduce it, i cant actually tell if it is coil whine, would have thought coil whine in fans would be fixed unless its just a bodgey fan, just pushed the shroud in different spots and the sound reduced.
