    Thanks for the advise ya'll - - ive settled on a better idea would be to save up a bit more money for an am4 mobo and just buy a ryzen r5 5600g or something else.

    It does say "Support's 6th and 7th gen CPUs" so Ill just have to take their word for it and hope it supports all the 7th gen CPUs including the 7700

    I got a PC that was a hand me down from a family member and I'm thinking of upgrading it's CPU from a Core I5-7400 to a Core I7-7700(non-k), Would I still need to update the BIOS for it to work even though they are from the same generation? Motherboard: Colorful C.H110M-T PLUS V20...

    [SOLVED] Would adding more ram fix the problem of the Igpu taking ram and task mnager on ly displaying 5 gb even when i have 10 gb ram

    My ram was first 8gb but the task manager was displaying 5gb but my bios is detecting all of the ramsticks and i thought adding another ram sticks would fix the problem and my ask manager would display more ram but i didn't work still dispaying 5gb ram My os is Linux Ubuntu 18.04

    Please Help Why is Task manager only displaying 5 gb of ram instead of 8gb ram i have 2 4 gb ram sticks in my pc and my bios is detecting them
