Are you overclocking? Could simply be that whatever clock you have something set at isn't stable. Doesn't really explain the sound but that could've been from something else

What is your PSU? Also it sounds like something might've happened to your power outlet as well.. but it works so.. eh..

As others have said ,leave the CPU and mobo and upgrade the GPU to your liking.

The 1050 ti will run gta v on high, although i doubt you could max EVERYTHING out but you'll have no problems with the high preset. As for watch dogs 2 (which i assume is what you were referring to) i believe you can get highish settings (maybe some things on medium?) and run at mid 5X to 60...

Try to run whocrashed anyway. Usually the power supply is the culprit in issues like this (if it's not cause by drivers/software anyway) but since you have a new one that is from a reputable brand with more than enough wattage i don't see how that could be the case unless you got unlucky and...

Are you getting a blue screen? Anyway install and run WhoCrashed (for example) click Analyze and post (if anything at all) what it says.
