    This might sound a bit unreasonable, but I have... a lot installed. I've been using Windows 11 for about 4-5 months now, with terabytes of files. In addition to that, I don't have any drives that have enough space for that, not to mention I use them all to begin with.

    So, Let's just say I have an old laptop lying around. If I took it apart and somehow managed to dissassemble all but the trackpad, would there be any possiblity that I could use the trackpad (connected to a usb) on my PC?

    Ok. But is there any specific pin I should put the two cables on? I don't really know. Thanks for helping me! Also, my buttons have white and yellow, and white and blue. There is no real way of telling which one is negative/positive, and they both don't have a + or -. Same goes for the LEDs.
