Stuttering in games, and bad performance. What i have tried. Changing the Settings From High to Low in games like CSGO, Valorant, League of Legends doesn't improve my fps or the stuttering. I have these random stutters during the games. On this rig my LOL fps is not going above 120 and it goes...

The ping is pretty stable 50-60

So i have this stutters ingame (csgo,lol,valorant). I tried everything, and concluded that it has to do with my internet. I have tried csgo offline with steam and i didn't get any stutters at all. Does anyone have any suggestions?

So i have Rx 580, Ryzen 5 2600, 3000Mhz Ram - Bad Performance and my fps long time ago on CS GO was 250-300, now its not going above 150 it goes down to 100, also with the Riot Games too League of Legends and Valorant. LOL is really low game and i barely reach 120 fps. I have tried many things...
