Update on the scenario, I tested my system with a different set of ram with similar results when overclocking and not overclocking, am investigating another psu to test system with. Have suspicions about my mobo and psu atm
Hm even worse performance this time: changed docp to off, chaned ez system tuning to normal instead of ASUS Optimal, one stick in A2, no other changes, and it restarted before it even got to the end of standard startup apps (discord, spotify, etc).

It did eventually crash pc, starting with audio cutting then to full blackscreen and mobo power cut within 1 second. As before, it insta restarted and I am now sitting sadge at the UEFI BIOS
Just got the second restart in, all processes are notably faster (around -1~2 minutes) Im going to runtest with an app that usually caused crashes in the past, SCP-Laboratory.
No crash yet, but processes are very slow (discord, league, and afterburner took 1-3 minutes to start up). I will restart with ram slots swapped and see
