My computer's RGB lights turn on and all fans spin, but the monitor displays "No Signal" and my DRAM light on the MoBo stays on all the time, while CPU and BOOT lights flicker for a 1/4 of a second. Any ideas what have I done? I know the CPU cooler is working because I hear some sound like water.

Sorry, bit of late for reply but I managed the PC to find the 970 evo plus. Kind of weird things I've done.. I entered BIOS and went to storage section and cleaned the 970 evo plus from the BIOS (never done that before) and the 970 showed up in the Windows Installer.

I control them through my PC Case it has a button that changes the colors when i click it. All the fans are connected to a Cougar Core Box C. Im staring to think that it's a factory problem...

So, in a few days my RGB Fan Led's get stuck or I don't know how to say it... I uploaded GIF for better understanding of the situation. They just stay one color and don't keep with the wave. If anyone knows how can I fix it or have a question i'll watch the thread more often.
