Question Ascrock X870E Taichi or Lite?

Thx for the input but sadly I'm set on going with amd this time, Ryzen 9 9950X to be precise. Maybe if similarly performing intel cpus didn't cost 300+$ more (for brand sticker or some additional cores which somehow do not help in performance ...) who knows. That being said if I were to go with...

Question Ascrock X870E Taichi or Lite?

Hello yall, my old MSI Z370 Godlike Gaming has been dying on me for a while now. Systematically audio, wifi, half of the usb ports and lately lan is gone. With xmas and new year coming I decided it's about time to retire it and move on, more than doubling my cores in the process. I wanted to go...

Question Restore faulty backup versus folder reconstruction ?

My set for faulty backups or disk failures are firstly Recuva, Disk Driller or UFS Explorer. Second are Ashampoo Undeleter or Easeus Data Recovery. If I'm not able to get what I want with these it's either a lost cause or abysmal cost with a professional data recovery service.

Question Help choosing PC case fans ?

Never understood why some time ago suddenly lianli became such a strong player in chasis market. Based on my personal experiencefrom around 2 yr ago they're nothing but overpriced crap posing to be premium and I carry this opinion to their fans. I'll be happy to change my mind if anyone suggests...

Question WiFi 6 at slower internet speed

Even though you migh not need full transfer speed 6 offers I'd still go with it. Wifi 5 was for instance created in 5ghz in mind, it supported 2,4ghz still but as a form of backwards compatibility. 6 is more of a multifunctional, upgraded version of 5.

    Question Laser or LED printer

8900 is bigger, +/- 30 page per minute print, costs more but handles printing images better. 3780 is smaller, cheaper, printed image quality is ok at best, +/-20 page per minute print.

Resistance of single cell vs battery pack?

Heh no it's not a homework though my level of knowledge is certainly elementary or worse. Searching for answers a statement that single, new nimh cell resistance should oscillate around 30Ω to100Ω is the most common, repeated one with some outliers saying high drain cells should have even lower...

Resistance of single cell vs battery pack?

Hello, I've done inventory of all my battery powered tools, discarded quite a few really old, barely functioning ones and I'm ordering replacements. For the sake of testing new arrivals and sending them pack if they turn out to be duds, how do you calculate proper resistance a battery pack...

Hello there, I have two mobile 4G LTE routers from Huawei older E5377T and slightly newer E5577Cs. Both operate by T-Mobile provider and are limited to 60mbps bandwidth but have unlimited transfer. I'm more or less happy with E5577Cs I use as a backup and on the go source of internet. My old...
