I have recently swapped isp companies and since the swap they installed fiber internet and gave us a modem and i plugged our router into it and our internet works fine but i have the ports opened on my router but when i check if the ports are open it keeps saying no, and previously it had worked...

i have 4x8 which would explain that, and i have it set to run at 2733 mhz, so i cant go above that because of 4 sticks?

I have a ryzen 7 2700x, rog strix b450-f gaming mobo, 32gb corsair vengence 3200mhz ram and i have tried turning on docp and giving it more voltage and no matter what i try whenever it resets if i put it above 2733mhz it will say error to boot memory failed then put it back to 2133mhz.
