Just saying it because the bundle of software Nokia provides is in my opinion a big part of what makes the platform that great for me.

Kids parents bought a PC for a kid for mostly playing. They already ordered Asus CM6730 so there is nothing to do there. I checked the specs out, the CPU is decent i3, ram is also decent - 4GB 1333Mhz. Only thing missing is the graphics card. Here are the builds specs...
