When I boot up my pc it only shuts down when it's on the Windows logo during boot. There's a chance that my pc boot without problem and operate like normal I tried basic troubleshooting. I think the problem only occurred when it's on the windows logo during boot

I have a AMD A10 5800k and I just upgraded from Windows 7 to 10 but I discovered that I have more CPU usage on windows 10 than 7 even I optimized it and fix everything I could that's why I have less FPS on games on windows 10. Is this because of my cpu?
