Does GV-N1060WF2OC-6GD suffer from same problems?

I would like to buy this graphics card: Gigabyte AMD Radeon RX 480 8GB, GV-RX480G1-8GD But I am not sure if my 500W power supply can support it on 100% load. I am not planing to overclock manually. I know Gigabyte offers gaming and oc mod, so I may use that. Should I buy RX 480 or something...

Actually i3 4130+gtx750ti not i3 4170 sorry

The point was that i want to know other things more then pc vs consol thing i just want to have better experience then on consols and i watch video(digital foundry to be precise) where i3 4170 + gtx 750ti is better then ps4 and i want to know thing i mentioned above.

i will not go to consol of any type because i dont only game i plan to work in ureal engine 4 and to me personly pc will always be best

ps4 have bad cpu that as i know bottelneck gpu so that is why even gtx 750 ti beats ps4 and i game on 1080p monitor
