Found the problem I recently upgraded to windows 10. I just rolled back to windows 7 and now my GTX 780 ti is idling at 32c with the fan at stock speed. Is windows 10 that much more heavier of a load ? That's a big difference win 10 idle 60c win 7 idle 32c I guess I wont be upgrading my windows...

well i finally got it to work i downloaded sound blaster cinema which took over most of my audio enhancements before i installed that i was using realtek hd audio manager to select 5.1 and other enhancements like E.Q.
