Both power supplies have sufficient wattage for my build and a little extra for overclocking, and they all come from respectable manufacturers. Which should I choose?

I plan on OCing my gpu to get free fps. It's fairly easy with free software like kombuster and afterburner, but I am hesitant overclocking my CPU, mostly because the bios seems like a pain to deal with. So, how much of a difference does it make to my fps if i don't overclock my cpu, but only my gpu?

I plan on getting the Sennheiser HD 280 Pro with a ModMic. But, I'm not sure which 3.5 audio jack is only for audio output and which is for the microphone. Or, do I not need to worry because the information will be in the motherboard manual? Please help!

im trying to have a dual monitor setup so it can allow for games and web browsing/watching a stream. But im worried it might be too taxing on the cpu/gpu. Does having multiple monitors use more of the hardwares' power, or is it the same as having multiple windows open?

I'm confused about fan headers on my mobo(msi b350 gaming plus). it has 4x4pin system fan headers but it has 1x4pin water pump fan header, and 1x4pin cpu fan header. my system is going to have 3 case fans and 2 fans for my radiator. Which go where, and will all of them allow fan speed adjustability?
