1st update your motherboard to last version, then configure it manual and disable all automatic stuff like "oc genie" or some other stupid stuff like that, xmp is ok for your ram. When all is configured manual and correctly you will have your problem fixed. If you dont know how to then i suggest...

go with AIO kraken x62 or some other 280mm from corsair brand... air cooler you need bulky one what will looks ugly and take plenty room so probably if you decide air cooler d15 or dark rock pro 4.. but i would go on AIO with no doubt on your place..

be quiet air coolers are pretty good you might consider them, i also recommend AIO kraken x62

i9-9900KS go with kraken x72 if you have place for him if not go with kraken x62 anything other then that will be bad for this cpu. I have 9900k

If your MBO support NVME buy NVME SDD if not buy normal SSD and you should be good. This CPU is good for fullhd gaming.

Those temps are good leave it like that if you want to keep your CPU alive longer, main was on 4.8 but temps was around 85c (voltage i don't remember what was) + you have 240mm AIO main was 360mm kraken x62 so leave it on 4.7 you get good temps with it as long its stable..

8700k (my old cpu) normally run really hot even on better AIO so those temps are actually consider as normal

First of all about thermal paste i do not like at all. I suggest clean old paste and apply new paste.

I was having same problem with my 1st i9 9900k, i send it on service they give me new one... i was run him 5.0 on all cores 24/7 (almost) and it starting to give me BSODs all time...so i guess i burn it heh...temps and all was good...anyway now new one is on stock speeds 24/7 and no troubles...

Ok guys so i been against AMD this hole time, in pass was very unstable for me. I been using INTEL forever... I currently have i9 9900k with RTX 2080ti bla bla etc etc So i need some "Bench" PC now. Need to be stable and need to run 24/7. I want it strong so im thinking about AMD as its cheap...

Krakex X62 or Kraken X72 i recommend been using both for years and best temps they give and most stable they are. Currently have X72 on my i9 9900k
