Maybe I should monitor the gpu's temps but at least I tried the card on a 850psu and it has the same problem. I think I should completly change the card.

I tested the computer without the r9 280x and it works fine. However, I plan to test the graphic card with another psu in a few days to make sure the problem dosen't come from the psu. What intrigues me is the fact that every things is fine during the first 20-30mins after I turn the pc on...
