Just wanted to ask if a 6 A plug will do the job or not...as per the calculation Amp * Voltage = Watts 6 * 240 = 1440 Watts... So will that be sufficient?

Ya I just checked it...its a German plug( Schuko type) which actually has a ground wire connected to that hole present on the plug...so it anyways has 3 wires in that power cord...so I can replace the plug with an 16A....

I got a new Antec VP500 PSU...the problem is I got a power cord which is only 2 pin...no 3 pin...means that it isn't grounded...but the quality is really great... So i went to a local store and saw for a power cable...but they had Terabyte power cable( of lesser quality)....so I wanted to ask...
