i sent 8-10 mails to asrock but no response , amazon.com hand's up , amazon UAE saying no warranty for us shipped product my last hope is find some solution on forum's or wait for fall in angel

no error code nothing,,, motherboard is completely blank it has no bios so it doesn’t start and im trying to install bios

my board comes with 3.50 default , first i tried 3.50 not worked so then 2.30 still nothing happened
