Q1) Is there any danger of a leak in seahawkx, evga hybrid, gigabyte xtreme GPU? Q2) If you're an owner of any Open air style GTX1080 GPU, what are the temps under load while playing heavy games like division, tombraider etc?

Im planning on building a pc with an i7 7700k and gtx 1080. But Im so worried about putting an AIO in it. I know that Air coolers like nhd15 etc are available but i dont wanna use those kinda large and heavy cooler cus im afraid that the mobo would break. Should i go for an Corsair AIO ? Would...

1) Among r7 1700 & X and i7 7700 & K, which is the best for 1080p 144hz and 1440p 144z gaming? My GPU is gtx1080. 2) If i overclock my memory upto 3200 on r7 1700 pc, will i be able to get fps equivalent to fps of 7700&k ?
