My gpu and memory clock is stuck on 0 mhz and i tried to change it with msi afterburner it still didnt work when i bought this laptop it worked fine for couple weeks but when i randomly reseted my laptop it couldnt run any game i had. So does anyone know how to fix this?

i've recently bought a new gaming laptop and i downloaded msi afterburner. After i used it for a day it randomly glitched my core and memory clock 0. I cant switch it to max and now i cant run any game PS: the core and memory is shown that its unlocked is not locked!
