Installed beta bios 7C37v191, have not had lags since update. There are some small lags every so often but not like it was before where i couldn't use my computer. Im so grateful something finally worked! Thank you guys for your help!

I ordered and installed and seasonic Focus 850w gold PSU. I disconnected my HDD and let my computer sit for a day, freezing still present. I'm not sure how to check chipset levels but i installed the latest chipset drivers. If freezing is still present then I will install the beta BIOS.

Set Memtest to 10 passes, no errors. last couple days the lags have been few and far apart but is still there. I took screen shots of GPU-Z and CPUI-D when the lags were present and after i restarted the pc. FIrst pic is after the reset (no lag)

Yes bios is up to date according to their website. I also update the chip set.
