Choosing between two 4k monitors.

ASUS PQ321QE 1150$ ASUS PA328Q 1480$ Both are 32" 16:9 and same 4K resolutions, They aredifferent panels IGZO vs IPS. Is it worth extra 330$ to go for ASUS PA328Q? I am not using it for gaming, it's mainly for web developing, web browsing and watching movies.

Will 600W PSU be enough for Asus GTX 770 DirectCU II OC ?

This is graphic card http://www.asus.com/Graphics_Cards/GTX770DC2OC2GD5/overview/ I am buying PSU for this graphics card and i am wondering will 600W be enough for it? And what PSU you recommend that is not expensive? BTW the CPU is i5-4440.

TP LINK USB Adapter Low Signal Problem

I just buyed TPlink USB adapter installer drivers with CD and also utility , in utility tool it shows full signal but when i click on windows icon it shows very low i will post screnshots below, it's now like before low signal bad internet.
