I am buying PSU for this graphics card and i am wondering will 600W be enough for it?
And what PSU you recommend that is not expensive?

BTW the CPU is i5-4440.

Minimum recommended PSU for a GTX 770 is 575W. I would recommend this:

SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 80 PLUS BRONZE Certified Active PFC Power Supply @ $69.99 [Newegg]
S12II-Bronze-02.jpg

Cheers!

There is not that model in my country.

But i found good deals on these PSUs in my country.

CORSAIR VS650 - 650W
Thermaltake Smart 730W
Cooler Master B Series - B700 - 700W
Cooler Master G Series - G600 - 600W

Which one to choose?

SeaSonic S12II 620 Bronze 620W - has 48A on +12V rails.
XFX XTR Series P1-550B-BEFX 550W 80 PLUS GOLD - has 45A on +12V rails.

ko888 said "Total Power Supply Wattage is NOT the crucial factor in power supply selection!!! Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor."

And Seasonic clearly wins on that "+12V rail Sufficient Total Combined Continuous Power/Current Available on the +12V Rail(s) is the most critical factor" by 3A than the XFX

Also I would not go for a 550W PSU when its clearly specified that minimum recommended PSU is 575W.

Both scenarios SeaSonic clearly wins - A quality 620W 80 PLUS Bronze Certified PSU with 48A on +12V Rail.
