tbh. It looks like you have refer to you Laptop producer Support... Its still unclear 4 me if the problem is with both NICs (WiFi and Wired) ?

What is Your Network topology ? What is connected to what, starting from the wall where the internet is coming from... ? It looks like You have more than one router... ?
