what model is your cooler?

Hi!, you can try swapping SATA cables, you can swap the cables on other SATA 6 ports aswell... if you get the same problem, im afraid the motherboard is causing the issue

I reinstalled windows already.... So you know the answer haha...I have the same problem. If I revert the OC back to stock, everything fixes...idk why I doubt is something related to the OC but more related to bios or compatibility of windows with the new 9000 proccesors

Im using XMP II, volts @1.38 and x52 on all cores, auto LLC, I also used XMP I but same results, voltage as adaptive or fixed...same results aswell

I think you blent the pins in the LGA Socket...give it a check, or try the memory dimms on different slots
