    That is not the ryzen 5 1600 it is on the 12 nanometer process so it is basically a 2600 and if you don't get an ssd the system will run very sluggishly.

    For casual computing and light gaming or cad this is fine but the gtx 1050 ti will bottleneck (limit it's potential) for gaming and cad other than that looks fine.

    If you don't need the upgrade right now it would be better to wait until later this year when amd launches their new ryzen 4000 series.

    The pc with Ryzen 7 3750H + GTX 1660-ti will outperform the one with i7-9750H + GTX 1650 in almost every way but during cpu heavy tasks the i7 will pull ahead a little bit. I recommend getting the pc with Ryzen 7 3750H + GTX 1660-ti.

    I would look into a system at about the same price but with a 9400f cpu and better gpu to future-proof it. Other than that I have no recommendations.

    That gpu is a terrible value if you can grab an rx 5700 or an rx 5600 xt you will get so much more performance per dollar.

    A rx 5600 xt would be a decent choice or you could get something better maybe an rtx 2060, rtx 2070, rtx 2060 super, radeon rx 5700, or an rx 5700 xt any of those would be good options.

    the i5 9400f and rx 5700 xt will pretty muck outperform the 3600 and 1660s (super) in every way possible.
