yeah man..you need at least 2 intake fans preferably 120mm, and 1 exhaust fan, preferably 140mm to keep the air flowing inside..don't let the CPU heat that much..if u put a liquid cooler, temps with gaming come to like 40C and using all kinds of apps, it won't go above 50C if u are not...

will most probably a driver problem..i had a similar problem when i installed my netgear n150 usb adapter's drivers on windows 8..had to install the driver in compatibility mode for windows 7 with admin rights..that solved the problem..just install the driver u mostly suspect in compatibility...
