Sorry if this seems to be a little bit necro but I don't want to leave this thread on a cliffhanger, I tried the MEMTEST the first day I posted this and my computer turned off and didn't show any signal, then I tried with the device manager thing and it said something in Windows was crashing but...

I will try this after I finish the MEMTEST and driver test "Swarzenegger" recommended, I'll let you guys know.

It's my first proper build and I never thought it was an issue to have a different frequency ram, I was also on a strict budget.

What PSU would you recommend? so far my computer hasn't completely turned off without a warning, I assume my whole system doesn't consumes that much power from the PSU.

Yeah I know the ram is low in frequency but this generation of motherboards doesn't allow for more, I'm running MEMTEST right now and I'll run the driver verifier after, I'll tell you the results when I finish.

They're entirely random and happen at every game I try to play, it doesn't matter if the game is old or not, I keep having random freezings, crashes, and freezings followed by a Blue screen of death even when I'm not doing anything in-game, sometimes I last hours gaming without having any issues...
