When I switch on pc everything starts and stops within a second the fans and leds and it has happened before also and last time time I tried to reset Bios then pc turned on remained on but didn't boot and no display came so I send it it to service center they said bios was corrupted and repaired...

My games ie Mafia 3 vampyr etc are lagging and not giving consistent 60 fps and even setting everything to low it doesn't give me any change in performance it's like there's no meaning of those settings does anyone know what might be the problem? My specs- ryzen 3 1300x, rx580 8gb, 8gb ram 2400mhz

Guys mine ryzen 3 1300x with rx580 8gb gpu 8gb ram but still lagging while driving and sometimes not always High settings 1080p 60fps working fine but at times lagging but I think my specs are good it shouldn't happen

In msi afterburner it shows 79° max when i do hours of gaming and on screen most of the times I see 75-77 ° while playing So is this temp okay. I have this same gpu rx580 8gb special edition. Also I don't want want to do anything manually because it runs at 300mhz and fans dont work when idle...

I also heard it once with this same gpu when after playing gaming i just shut it down and quickly switched power on. It made sound and the fan stopped. So I thought maybe it was hot so it moved faster than normally it does hence the sound but that sound was horrifying.
