Except my fans shouldn't be cutting off at 70c to let my gpu hit high degrees before cooling itself. I started to experience this problem a week ago so it's never happened before.

Well it doesn't hit 90c and cut back on it could be at like 83c and all the fans cut back on. The fans do return to 80% fan speed when cutting back on. My idle temp is 50c at 48% fan speed with only one fan turning.

No just the end fans the middle fan stays on and I can still control the fan speed of the middle one.

I'm truly stunned and don't know what the issue is and how to figure out what is causing the problem.
