I updated bios and by the looks of it gpu is running fans when set in msi afterburner, and also when turning off power from outlet the pc boots up. Wow I really think you saved my mind from going <censored> and hopefully it stays fixed! Youre a legend and also all of yous that tried to help...

You were right about installing latest bios as someone also suggested it and explained its okay and its compatible if i do it. Thank you

Absolutely all power is off but i tend to forget pressing shutdown button for few secs.

Well not quite sure. It might have started when i switched motherboard and I didnt notice until now and I gamed inbetween and probably overheated my gpu like crazy.. I have a 360 aio aswell so I heard lots of fans spinning and I didnt bother to check temps for gpu . In short, I recently upgraded...

No! very bad.. the program says theyre at 40% or up and down but still no spinning

Also i tried the clr_cmos technique with a screwdriver for 5-10secs and it does absolutely nothing. still have to take out cmos battery

I have the newest bios for my CPU. Id rather not install bios that doesnt match my cpu.
