    I updated bios and by the looks of it gpu is running fans when set in msi afterburner, and also when turning off power from outlet the pc boots up. Wow I really think you saved my mind from going <censored> and hopefully it stays fixed! Youre a legend and also all of yous that tried to help...

    Absolutely all power is off but i tend to forget pressing shutdown button for few secs.

    Also i tried the clr_cmos technique with a screwdriver for 5-10secs and it does absolutely nothing. still have to take out cmos battery

    I have the newest bios for my CPU. Id rather not install bios that doesnt match my cpu.
