The GTX 1060 should do you for quite a while at 1080p but perhaps getting an i5 and GTX 1070 would be the best option.

You will probably be able to pick up a second hand GTX 970 for the price of a new GTX 960 and this will give you better performance and last longer. If you are playing at 1080p resolution and want to play AAA games at high settings and high fps, then the GTX 960 will leave you disappointed...

The GTX 980Ti should play most things at 1440p and maintain 60+ fps but it won't last as long as the GTX 1080 will and the GTX 1080 is likely to hold its price longer for when you sell on EBAY when you get your next upgrade.

Looks fine, although I would probably save a bit more and get a better power supply. You would also be better with 2x4GB of RAM instead of 1x8GB, unless you plan on adding another 8GB module later.
