Looks fine, although I would probably save a bit more and get a better power supply. You would also be better with 2x4GB of RAM instead of 1x8GB, unless you plan on adding another 8GB module later.

dont get mobos with just 2 DIMMS .. only chose ones with 4DIMMS

While I agree 4DIMMS are better than 2 DIMMS, only having 2 slots is fine at the moment and it all depends on budget.

Yeah I plan on upgrading the ram later. And shouldn't 430w be enough? The graphics card takes 120w and the cpu takes 65w and that should add up to the majority of the power used. Right?
