Bump. Feeling is inconsistent and can feel better/worse. Also, in CS if I use a third party program to play like ESEA, it can feel worse than usual. Slight input is back with the stuttering.

Yeah it's definitely 144hz. I bought a whole new monitor and it doesn't have as much if any input lag in it but I continue to get the same lag when trying to shoot people for fight them, makes it impossible to aim.

I have a logitech G Pro and Zowie EC1B Divina. I used them at lan and didn't notice any problems so I doubt it's the peripherals.
