No, you can change it. Levent over on the LTT forum changed their ram from 2133 CL14/16 to 3200 CL20. Not sure if the BIOS on your system allows for it, though.

CL22?! Yeah, that's bad. 3200 CL14/CL16 is alright, but CL22?! I'd return it unless you can change the timings to CL16 or something.

Not really. Probably should have phrased it better. A female USB-C port that fits into a USB-A-sized slot that has either a 20-pin or 24-pin motherboard connector on the other end.
