That is a good psu but if you are getting GTX960 then even your current psu will be fine as 960 requires a 400watt psu. Yes you can run almost all games on high @1080p (keep AA low). Yes overclocking will help a bit.

GTX 970 will give you 50% increase in fps. Dont upgrade to anything below 970 its not worth it.

With this psu you can max get GTX960, which is a good card for 1080p. Above 960 your cpu will bottleneck and you need to upgrade your psu also.
