You are simply wasting money buying obsolete prehistoric cards.
No matter how cheap they are.
If you game, nothing is really worthy below GTX750Ti or R9 270.
If you really really really really on budget, R7 260 is the absolute minimum.

About 60 euros. It also can be used.

I am using an Asus P5Q deluxe motherboard (old). Can it run the 750?

The GT 260 is more powerful, but won't run modern DX11 games, so the GT 640 is automatically better. It's not a very good card but for less demanding games like free to play, indies or old games it's good.

The 560Ti is a good card, but quite old now, if you can stretch to a R7 260x 2GB or 750Ti 2GB, good. Otherwise the 560Ti will play modern games too, just not as well.

Yup! The any PCIe x16 version will work. 2? 3? it does not matter and the performance impact is ignore-able.

If you stretch your budget to a R7 260 or 260x (there is no R9 260/X), do get one with 2GB of VRAM.
