It was faulty EVGA CLC 120 Cooler, it was drawing more power I guess and motherboard was not allowing that. I switched to Corsair 240mm liquid cooling system and voilla no issues.

My laptop that does not support 4k (3840 x 2160) at 60 hz. It has 950M Graphic card and 6700HQ but the port supports max res upto 2560 x 1600. I have just bought a 4K screen but the refresh rate is 30 hz. That's annoying. Can someone please give me suggestions on how to fix that?
