Quite weird thing, but only setting the HDD as the first priority in the Hard drive BBS priority allows properly booting when both the drives are connected, even though both SSD and HDD have OS installed. Here Boot priority option is different, than the Hard Drive BBS priority.

Try Reinstalling Windows, With all the required Drivers, and see what happens, install it on another partition without formatting the old one, and if the new installation is stable, you can move all your data, to it

I have i5-4670 CPU With deep cool thermal paste, still it reaches 60* C when 50% Cpu is used and reaches 95*C When 75-90% CPU is being Used, So i have to always use Ubuntu, i cannot use windows as it immidiately heats up the CPU, What can i do to kepp the CPU Cooler ?
