Is my cpu's temperature ok?

I have this reading when im playing witcher 3. Is this normal ? My pc has been running perfectly for two years at this state until I tried to overclock my gpu a few months a go to get constant 60fps on witcher 3. I stopped trying after blue screen in the result of overclocking my gpu and revert all my settings. Since then, i will get blue screen sometimes and i am starting to worry( Blue screen usually pops out 5mins after startup, but not when gaming). Please help or advice me LOL.

My specs: leadtek gtx760 2gb oc , asus z87-k ,i7-4770k , cm storm enforcer

Try Reinstalling Windows, With all the required Drivers, and see what happens, install it on another partition without formatting the old one, and if the new installation is stable, you can move all your data, to it
