hello everyone, thak you all for your advice! problem solved now!! it is not a psu problem, it had to be a bios settings problem with my cpu, when I switch to the new mobo the cpu were still OC. I'd reset bios settings and now all runs smoothly and OK. no overheat, no reboot anymore thank you...
