I figured out the problem. Some process named steam was running in background takin 24 % cpu . I ended it and after 10 min i was back at 40°c. i selected the best ans because it gave some cool ideas.

Already did the dust blowing. There are not much vents below the laptop So i dont think cooler will work . Also gpu stays at 40 . Its only the cpu that is overheating. Is it possible that my cpu is about to die.

Try to set your fan speed to full with afterburn or speedfan and check the temperatures. See for any dust around the fan. Maybe your gpu fan is not cooling enough. Also you can check in bios settings for the automatic shutdown option. I would also suggest for a cooling pad.

With these specs you are lucky you can play this game. Try to lower your settings further. You hardware is not capable for gaming.

90 degree is a bit high temp. You could use a cooling pad or repaste the gpu. I would not suggest increasing the temp limit for shutting down as prolong exposure to temp above 90 will degrade the hardware.
