With a 1050ti as GPU you shouldn't even bother about going to i7 7700k. i5 6600 can hold gtx 1070 pretty well. In games and general task you wont notice any improvement. Unless you upgrade your GPU. Don't buy the i7 7700k unless you are doing video editing or loads of scientific calculations...
