usually old games like really old COD MW3 MW2 ETCs 2060 i usually getting around 200+fps some exceptions mw2 and mw3 locked 90fps regardless hz setting

Title is nutshall i had New paste so i had to turn off pc and just reapplied Paste and connected everything and PC Wont boot its just blinks like 2 sec and turnned off before bios reminder I bought Brandly new PSU from cooler master (MASTERWATT 700) i dont think its problem pc was fine...

im currently had I7 870 At 4.0ghz overclocked at vcore 1.44v 8G RAM RX470 NITRO+ 4G OC+ With 1 SSD 1 1TB HDD AIO Cooler with 2 120 fans And 3 cas fans psu with 80+silver 500w should i upgrade psu to using rx580? or i had to sacrifice overclock to use it?

my setup is I7 870 Currently Overclocked at 3.7ghz AMD Radeon RX470 4G Open Air type GPU And case With bottom intake installed and only front side radiator support currently i installed radiator as exuast to front but case fan is exuating to back is this bad air flow?
