I found the solution guys. Press start then type services press enter then serch for windows update right click proprieties and then change automatic to disable.

Not the update installation, it's the update download.

How to stop windows 10 update from downloading, it just started to download even if i don't have an internet connection. (Windows 10 pro 64 bit)

Because your windows 10 is 32 bit. Try windows 10 64 bit or any other windows in 64 bit.
