Built a new pc, no signal on my tv

Here is a good list to go through for boots issues. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems I feel like its most likely not that your components don't work together, but if you get through this list and cant figure it out you should post you...

    Mechanical Keyboard !

I like the tenkeyless Cm Storm or Razer key boards. If you want leds ALOT I'd look into corsair keyboard or (especailly) duckey makes some REALLY solid and cool keyboards. Duckey keyboards you can program the leds to do stuff its pretty awesome.

    Will this work or no?

Yes they should work great. My g skill memory works very well. I got gskill ares because I'm using a small case and they have smaller heat spreaders. However, the big heat spreaders look pretty cool and work well.

PSU help based on my build!

If you want ALOT of breathing room I would go with a 750 or 800 watt power supply. Seasonic, antec, and some corsair power supplies are good.

Hard drive v SSD or memory upgrade

What is slow? if it is booting then and SSD will help that. If it is applications then you need to check if you are using all of your memory or not.

    Will these components work?

Everything looks great but i have a suggestion. If you want to overclock get at i5 k cpu, but if you don't want to you can get a h97 mobo to reduce the price a little. i have the h97 mini itx mobo that works great and I'm sure the large version are also great. I thin gigabyte asus or asock are...

Need help with my PC build?

I would say the i5-446 is a good cpu. The k series is for over clocking and if you don't plan to do that I wouldn't spend the money on it. The 4460 is the value leader for gaming. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gaming-cpu-review-overclock,3106-3.html As for a power supply, I would use pc...

    Recommend me a HD

That is definitely a good reason...also you should have your computer on a power strip with a surge protector.

    Recommend me a HD

I would use an external drive for this. It makes it easier for you and you can transfer the data easier to a different computer if you want.

is the galax Gtx 970 a reliable card?

here is an article on the overclocked version of their card. http://www.guru3d.com/articles_pages/galax_geforce_gtx_970_exoc_review,1.html From what i read of the article is seems to be a very good card so I think it would be a good choice. I wouldn't particularly want to wait that long for a...

    Gaming Rig, Final Thoughts?

1] I'm not sure why the Asus GeForce GTX 970 4GB STRIX Video Card at costing you $680 a piece...they were ~$350 earlier. You should buy them from somewhere else or get 2 MSI gpus. 2] Do you need that specific mobo for something? is very expensive and you could get a z97 for much cheaper and...
