Will these components work?

Im going to be building a new computer soon and I was wondering if these components would all work together properly. PCPartPicker does a decent job of rooting out any incompatibilities, but Im not sure if it may have missed anything that could haunt me in the long term. Did i miss anything?

Everything looks great but i have a suggestion. If you want to overclock get at i5 k cpu, but if you don't want to you can get a h97 mobo to reduce the price a little. i have the h97 mini itx mobo that works great and I'm sure the large version are also great. I thin gigabyte asus or asock are good brands.

I agree, the 4690k is only $5cad difference. Nice to have the option if you want it (or looking to sell it later). The z97's do have a few upgrades over the h97 but mostly for overclocking so would pair well with a "K" series cpu.
