Actually, I don't experience any blackouts or flickerings when booted to desktop. Infact, When I play games no flickerings. Only when the systems boots, it flickers. I don't think its an issue of the GPU as when booted to desktop i don't find any problem.

Oh okay. I'll try replacing it with Antec/Corsair. Maybe it is due to PSU because I have been using it since 4 years.

Its Zebronics Power Supply 450W.

CPU temperature while under load is between 60 - 70 C. GPU is 45 - 65 C No, there are no bent pins.
